Mentorship & Coaching
We believe that the right mentoring can be life altering. It is this sense of purpose and fulfilment in seeing the future leaders grow that is at the heart for us. Payal has been a mentor and conducts workshops for career guidance at various institutions in Europe and India for the last decade. She is currently a mentor at the Essec Business School, Paris for the Global MBA in Luxury Brand Management.

Academia
Payal lends her 25+ years of acquired expertise in the Luxury Industry through her leadership roles and now as the Founder of Sarayu Consulting, to the service of educational institutions. Combining hands on experiences having managed global luxury brands, and on going projects as a consultant in a fast paced fashion world, her approach towards teaching is interactive, engaging and sharing of "real world" experiences and challenges to better prepare future leaders. At the start of the pandemic in 2020, she had the privilege to design, develop and teach a fully online Luxury Brand Development Course for a French Fashion School with a global presence. A total of 48h modules taught over over 3 months for students from the Middle East, India and and Africa Future Projects - In October 2023, Payal will be conducting a Fashion and Sustainability Masterclass as part of the Executive Education Programs for one of the most prestigious institutions in Switzerland.


Events
As Co-founder of the Middle East Fashion Council and Week, we have been instrumental in the creation of a professional platform in the region. We have hosted 2 editions in 2022 - March and November, spanning 5-6 days each. Each edition covers a range of events such as Gala dinners, Fashion Shows and b2b showrooms, Sustainable Fashion Forums conceived and managed by Sarayu Consulting for MEFC, co-hosted with partners such as Deloitte Middle East and The Sustainable City.
